Projects in the Gym

• Painting
  • Walls and trim inside office area of gym
  • Gym floors, cracks sealed and floor painted
  • Ranch house floors, cracks sealed and floor painted
  • Walls and floor of gym bathroom painted
  • Gym entrance doors painted
  • Basketball goal frames painted to match structure paint
• Outside walls of prophet chamber and apartment completed
• Urinals in men’s bathroom repaired
• Larger exhaust fans installed in gym bathrooms
• Gravel walk way leading into gym from parking area
• Wooden fence to protect septic tank
• Backside of gym dirt and grass work needs to be done
• Gym ceiling and truss system cleaned

Possible high cost

• Lighting inside gym modified for less energy usage
• Gutter catches fixed
• Concrete pad poured outside roll up door
• The wooden stair case needs to be painted or stained to match rest of building

Projects in the Tabernacle

• Fix water issue on back side of building
• Put natural camp stone in the ditch / possible sod
• Pressure wash floor and rock work
• Replace ceiling fan blades (exterior blades)
• Stain tabernacle
• Paint basketball goals
• Plant trees at the end of tabernacle
• Seal cracks and surface seal pavement at the tabernacle

Projects in the Dining Hall

• Pressure wash porches and wood and stain/seal
• Fresh Paint Inside and outside.
• Interior floor painted / stained
• Ceiling painted
• Inside of oven hood cleaned
• Cabinet repair
• Build privacy fence around the gas tank
• Well house pressure washed and sealed
• Top of chimney repaired and painted

• Porches pressure washed and sealed / stained
• Steps on porch reworked for safety and code
• Pressure wash foundation
• Limb all surrounding trees
• Metal roof installed
• Rear entrance improved

• Rebuild the steps to meet code
• Front siding showing rot right above the porch
• Ceiling refinished and painted
• Interior walls painted
